1.Appearance: I6T is an upgraded version of I5T products. Previously, I5T was characterized by small size, but the power was only about 22W/PCS, and the brightness was only more than 2000 lumens. In some areas, customers feel that the brightness is not enough. Therefore, the volume of the I6T in the lamp body is slightly larger than the I5T, the volume of the radiator is 33mm (the diameter of the I5T is 28mm). Even so, the radiator size is still smaller than most of other headlights on the market.
2.Maglev turbine fan cooling: Adopting the built-in and high-speed (10,000 rev / min) maglev turbine fan (unlike the traditional convection fan, it's vulnerable to accumulate dust and mud), the turbo fan is not afraid of the fan exposed or working in the high temperature condition for a long time;
3.Heat Dissipation Principle: The high-power chip from Original LUXENON-ZES2-6570 (ZES-6570: single 4.5W/45μ, a total of 6 pieces, 27W/entire lamp) are SMT on a 0.5mm thick superconductivity aluminous circuit board, and the two pieces are packaged with chips. The copper circuit board uses a whole piece of special tin sheet to integrate two copper circuit boards and a vacuum heat pipe in a high-temperature reflow soldering. In order to ensure the tightness and smoothness of the heat dissipation channel, the copper vacuum heat pipe is rivet-processed and aluminum. The heat sink is tightly stamped and integrated. The vacuum heat pipe quickly guides the heat of the chips to the heat sink of the aluminum alloy lamp, and then cooperates with the ultra-high speed (about 10,000 rpm) silent maglev turbine fan to remove the heat quickly. The output power is about 26W and the lumens can reach 2750LM. The long-term operating temperature of the chips in a sealed luminaire can be controlled at a safe operating temperature of 100 ℃ - 110℃.
4.Installation: The model is complete and the socket has a unique detachable and adjustable design. It is more convenient to install and adjust the light types under special circumstances.
5.Basic CAN-BUS: The drive adds the loop detection function for most CAN-BUS bus cars (Basic CAN-BUS).
